Sam Leung is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Centauri Minerals Inc., with over 20 years of international experience across the metals and mining sector. Since 2019, he has also been a Board Director of AbraSilver Resource Corp. (TSX: ABRA) which continues to advance the Diablillos silver-gold project in Salta, Argentina.
Sam was formerly Vice President, Corporate Development of Adventus Mining Corporation, and was instrumental in business growth focused on gold and copper in Ecuador that led to its sale to Silvercorp Metals Inc. in 2024 (TSX: SVM). Prior to Adventus, he was Director of Corporate Development at Lundin Mining Corporation (TSX: LUN), where he was a key contributor in the evaluation and completion of several successful transaction valued at over US$3.7 billion, responsible for joint-venture related activities with Freeport-McMoRan Inc. (NYSE: FCX) in Africa and Europe, and special projects at site operations in Europe and the Americas. Prior to Lundin Mining, Sam was a strategy and due diligence consultant for Hatch Ltd.'s advisory practice based in London and Toronto, and began his career as a metallurgist.
Sam is a professional engineer (Ontario, Canada) and received a B.A.Sc. degree in Engineering Chemistry from Queen's University at Kingston, Canada, with first class honours. Sam is based in Toronto, Canada.

Javier Robeto is an Argentine geologist with more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry. Since 2018, he has been Vice President and Country Manager of Argentina for Aldebaran Resources Inc. (TSXV: ALDE) and been an instrumental contributor to the advancement of the Altar copper-gold project in San Juan, Argentina.
Javier joined Kevin Heather, John Black, and Mark Wayne at Antares Minerals in 2004 and was Project Manager for both the Rio Grande gold-copper project in Argentina and the Haquira project in Southern Peru until its sale to First Quantum Minerals in 2010 for C$650 million. With the sale of Antares for the Haquira project, Javier continued as Regulus Resources Inc.'s (TSXV: REG) Country Manager in 2010 to advance its Argentina portfolio. In 2018, Aldebaran Resources Inc. (TSXV: ALDE) was spun-out from Regulus to focus on the Altar project in San Juan, Argentina, as well as the Northern Argentina exploration portfolio now owned by Centauri Minerals Inc.
Javier has an MBA from IAE Business School of the Austral University, Buenos Aires, and a B.Sc. from National University of San Juan, Argentina. Javier is based in Salta, Argentina.

Dario Gonzalez is an Argentine geologist with over 15 years of exploration experience in Argentina, Chile and Peru. He is leading this new chapter of exploration on Centauri's portfolio with the continuity and guidance of advisors led by Kevin Heather and John Black of Aldebaran. Dario has a strong background in mineral exploration, geochemistry, and geological modeling on projects in Argentina, Chile, and Peru, which range from early-stage greenfield exploration through to mine operations. Before joining Centauri, Dario was head of exploration for the polymetallic Providencia mine in Jujuy Province. He has extensive experience in multivariate geochemical analysis, project evaluation, ore control, 3D geological modeling, and geostatistical evaluation of deposits — including modern tools such as ioGAS, Leapfrog Geo, and QGIS/ArcGIS Pro, applied to the integration and interpretation of geological data. As an exploration geologist in Argentina, Dario has also worked for Barrick, First Quantum, McEwen Copper, and Austral Gold.

Ignacio Butler is an Argentine engineer with over 15 years of experience in the natural resources sector in Argentina. He is the strategic liaison between Centauri's exploration operations, government authorities, and regional communities. Before joining Centauri, he was a Managing Partner and Co-founder of DYNAMIK, a local environmental consultancy, where for over seven years he oversaw business administration, contract negotiations, and project control management, focusing on projects and mines in Northern Argentina. Combining his corporate leadership with technical field expertise, Ignacio also served as a field campaign leader, implementing innovative remote sensing technologies and logistical tools for major mining projects in the region.
Ignacio is a Natural Resources and Environmental Engineer from the National University of Salta (UNSa), holds an MBA, and has completed executive management studies at IAE Business School. Ignacio is based in Salta, Argentina.

Dr. Kevin B. Heather is an economic geologist with more than 40 years of field experience in North and South America. He was a founding member of Antares Minerals Inc. and directed the exploration that led to the discovery of the high-grade Haquira East deposit in Southern Peru, which was sold to First Quantum Minerals in 2010 for C$650 million. Subsequently, Kevin is a founding member of both Regulus Resources Inc. (TSXV: REG) and Aldebaran Resources Inc. (TSXV: ALDE) and serves as the Chief Geological Officer and Qualified Person (FAUSIMM) responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of both company's exploration activities.
During his career Kevin has been involved with several discoveries and has worked on various world-class ore deposits including the El Indio Au-Ag-Cu Mine (Chile), the Pascua-Lama Au-Ag deposit (Chile-Argentina), and the Cerro Vanguardia Au-Ag deposit (Patagonia, Argentina). His professional credentials include a BSc. (honours) degree in Geology from University of British Columbia, a MSc. degree in Geology from Queen's University at Kingston, Canada, and a PhD. degree from the University of Keele. Kevin is based in Santiago, Chile.

Mark Wayne is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Centauri Minerals Inc. as well as a Co-Founder, Director and Chief Financial Officer of both Regulus Resources Inc (TSXV: REG) and Aldebaran Resources Inc. (TSXV: ALDE).
Along with Kevin Heather and John Black, Mark was also a founding member of Antares Minerals Inc. which was sold to First Quantum Minerals in 2010 for C$650 million. He was also Co-Founder, CFO and Director of QGX Ltd., which was sold to Kerry Holdings Ltd. for C$250 million in 2008. Mark is a past Board Chairman of Alamos Gold Inc.
A past practicing lawyer specialized in the fields of corporate and securities law, Mark founded and became President of AltaFund Investment Corp., a public investment company that raised $110 million, later joining the Altamira group of mutual funds where Mark subsequently served as Vice President, Western Canada for Altamira. He has raised money for, and served as a director or officer of, a number of public and private companies over the years in the mining, oil and gas and technology sectors.
Mark is also an investment advisor with IA Securities Inc., a full service investment dealer. He holds a law degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mark is based in Calgary, Canada.

John Black is an economic geologist with more than 35 years of exploration experience in the Americas, Central Asia, the Southwest Pacific, and Eastern Europe/Western Asia. He first worked in South America in 1993 and has been actively involved in mineral exploration throughout the continent for several companies since that time.
John was the founding President of Antares Minerals Inc. and was instrumental in acquiring the Haquira project in Peru for Antares, and its sale to First Quantum Minerals in 2010 for C$650 million. Subsequently, John is a founding member of both Regulus Resources Inc. (TSXV: REG) and Aldebaran Resources Inc. (TSXV: ALDE) and serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of both companies.
John's early career included work with Bear Creek Mining Company, Kennecott Minerals Corporation, Rio Tinto and Western Mining Corporation. His professional credentials include a B.Sc. and M.S. degrees in Geology from Stanford University. John is based in Miami, USA.

Amalia Sáenz is an Argentine lawyer and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience in Argentina and internationally in energy, mining, oil & gas, and natural resources industries. Amalia is an Alternate Director of Transener, a utility company focused on high voltage transmission in Argentina as a representative of Pampa Energía, the largest power generator company in Argentina — both publicly listed in Argentina (with Pampa also listed on the NYSE through ADRs). Previously, Amalia served as Senior Vice President & Country Manager Argentina at Lake Resources NL, after initially joining the Australian-listed lithium company as a Non-Executive Director. For more than a decade, Amalia was a Partner at well-known law firm Brons & Salas, focusing on oil and gas, natural resources, and energy-related matters. Before becoming a partner, she worked at major law firms and for multinational companies, including with Pan American Energy (formerly Bridas Energy International) where she led Legal Affairs and spent significant time in the United Kingdom and Central Asia.
In academia, Amalia serves as a professor in the Executive Program on Mining Law at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Buenos Aires, Argentina), where she teaches International Contracts. Amalia is an alumnus of the University of Buenos Aires, with postgraduate degrees in Oil & Gas Law and Environmental Law. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Amalia is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Christopher Stackhouse is a finance and capital markets professional with over 20 years of experience in managing exploration and development stage assets through their operations, with a notable focus on South America. Most recently, Chris was Chief Financial Officer of SolGold plc from 2023 until its sale to Jiangxi Copper in 2026. His past responsibilities include senior finance roles at Guyana Goldfields Inc. (acquired by Zijin Mining Group), Rockcliff Metals (acquired by Hudbay Minerals), and Generation Mining, where he gained extensive experience in public financing, project development, and operations. Chris began his career as Audit Manager with PwC, where he obtained his CPA and CA before relocating to PwC Chile for three years.
Outside of Centauri, Chris is an Independent Director on the board of Rocky Shore Gold Ltd. He also holds an Honours Business Administration BBA degree from Wilfrid Laurier University (Canada). Chris is based in Toronto, Canada.

Megan Cameron-Jones has over 30 years experience in providing regulatory and management services to public companies. She is Corporate Secretary of both Regulus Resources Inc. (TSXV: REG) and Aldebaran Resources Inc. as well as a Director and Officer of Highway 50 Gold Corp. (TSXV: HWY).
Megan was a long-time Director and Officer of Goldrock Mines Corp. which was acquired by Fortuna Mining Corp. (TSX: FVI) in 2016 for $130 million. She was also previously a Director and Officer of Pachamama Resources Inc. which merged with Regulus in 2012. Megan is based in Vancouver, Canada.
